We'll have an initial quick call to understand what you're looking for, confirming the package you'd like and setting a start date. We'll share a step-by-step timeline for the project before getting started based on the package you've chosen.

Four article bundles can be delivered in a week, but this depends on timely review and feedback from clients. We'll book in a start date during your consultation.

Scribe is about freeing you up to focus on where you're needed, so our process is designed to minimise the time needed. Consultations are an hour, and reviewing articles and providing feedback takes c.15-30 minutes per article. That means we'll need 2-3 hours of your time for the 4 article bundle and 3-5 hours for the 8 article bundle.

We listen. The consultation is a key part of the process. As we discuss topics, we listen to the words you use, how you express yourself, and your tone, reflecting this in the articles.

One round of amends is included for each article. Additional amends will be charged at £50 per hour, 1 hour minimum.

15 days from receipt of invoice. For all new clients, a 30% deposit is required before work starts. Payment can be made via bank transfer or card payment using the link on the invoice.
